NIPSCO ASSET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Overview:
NIPSCO’s third-party inspectors identify poles approaching structural failure. TWG is then assigned design “buckets” of 50+ poles per package, performing the detailed engineering required for each replacement. As program needs increased, TWG scaled both field and engineering teams, including training a new engineer in partnership with KDM, to manage higher volumes and faster turnaround schedules.
