Warehouse Services

A fare collection solutions provider, The Will Group offered assembly, testing, and maintenance services for fareboxes used in public transit and ticket vending machines (TVMs). The goal was to produce products of equal or superior quality to the partner's own assembly production. To achieve this, Will Group employees visited the provider’s facility multiple times to train on their assemblies, processes, production, and quality control standards.

Chicago Smart Lighting Program – Assembly

The $160MM Chicago Smart Lighting Program material was assembled by TWG Warehouse Services. The Smart Lighting Program is the largest city-led streetlight modernization program and is said to have improved the quality of nighttime visibility throughout the city and is projected to save Chicago taxpayers $100 million in electricity costs over the next ten years.
