Stephen L. Davis believed in the power of employment to transform lives and the enduring impact of hard work. Inspired by his father, William “Will” Edward Davis—who instilled the principle of always leaving things better than he found them—he founded The Will Group in 1986. His vision was to honor his father’s legacy by creating opportunities that empower individuals and uplift communities. Tuskegee NEXT was founded by Stephen L. Davis, Chairman and Founder of The Will Group, to honor the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen. The program provides mentorship, training, and resources to youth, helping them pursue careers in aviation. Established with the goal of creating opportunities for young people to follow in the footsteps of the pioneering Tuskegee Airmen, Tuskegee NEXT aims to break barriers and inspire future generations in the aviation industry.
