Rural King Lot 4 Development – Mattoon, Illinois

Overview:
The project involved the subdivision of Lot 4 and the design of critical infrastructure to support multiple future lots. A key component included extending the City of Mattoon’s public sanitary sewer system to service the entire subdivision, ensuring compliance with local and state requirements.

– Topographic Survey & Platting: Completed detailed topographic survey and prepared subdivision plats.
– Utility Design: Designed underground utilities, including sanitary sewer infrastructure.
– Sanitary Sewer Extension: Extended the City of Mattoon public sanitary sewer to serve all subdivision lots.
– Permitting & Regulatory Coordination: Secured IEPA permit and coordinated regulatory agency approvals.
– Stakeholder Coordination: Acted as liaison between the City of Mattoon and the project developer.

Results:
