Illinois Department of Transportation, District One Consultant for a blanket agreement for Work Orders, providing Phase I engineering services for field surveys, including route surveys, topographic surveys, ADA Surveys, cross-sections, profiles, existing and proposed centerline alignments, drainage inverts, right of way monuments, mapping projects, plotting field information collected utilizing IDOT codes, Microstation V8 and Geopak for final deliverables and miscellaneous tasks required by the District One Survey Unit.
Platts of Acquisitions (POA’s) of IDOT owned parcels and street segments within EOWA Right of Way from Lake Street (US 20) to 1000 feet east of I-290. (approximately 140 POAs)
Surveyed encroachments and existing ROW to prepare preliminary POAs and legal descriptions. Coordinated POAs with IDOT and ISTHA to define POA limits and IDOT crossroads. Provided list of encroachments to ISTHA. Provided final deliverables of acquistion documents, negotiator checklists and POA dgns, gdb), Prepared plats of easement for the proposed ROW line in areas of encroachments upon IDOT ROW. Delivered a paper and GIS atlas of all acquisition parcels.
