Overview:
The project involved comprehensive site development for a large-scale commercial retail center. Services included traffic and feasibility studies, roadway and utility design, and coordination with regulatory agencies to support permitting and approvals.

– Stakeholder Coordination: Acted as liaison between the City, developer, and contractor throughout the project.
