Overview:

The Will Group (TWG) partnered with Meade Electric and Indianapolis Power & Light Company to perform pre-installation audits, post-installation audits, and provide administrative data support for the city of Indianapolis’s conversion of existing high-intensity discharge (HID) streetlights to energy-efficient LED lighting. This collaborative effort aimed to ensure thorough quality control and smooth project execution through all phases of the conversion.

What We Delivered:

TWG provided comprehensive pre-installation and post-installation auditing services to verify the condition and successful replacement of streetlights. Our team also supported the administrative tracking and data management throughout the process. Utilizing TWG’s cloud-based application, the entire installation progress was monitored and tracked in real time, enabling quick issue resolution and seamless project management.

Consultant for a blanket agreement for Work Orders to perform Phase II engineering services for various land surveying projects throughout District 1. Typical project tasks are reconnaissance and research, establish GPS control, monument locations, calculations, CAD preparation of Plats of Highway, Excess Parcel Plats, Plats of Acquisition, Exhibit Plats, Monument Records, Legal Descriptions, and final staking of proposed right of way.

NIPSCO Circuit Reliability – Worst Tap Program

Engineering

TWG Engineering partnered with NIPSCO to support its Circuit Reliability – Worst Tap Program, an initiative focused on improving performance on the electrical circuits with the highest outage frequency. After strong results on the Pole Replacement Program, TWG was selected to bring added engineering capacity and field coordination to this more complex reliability effort.
