Delivering Ahead of Schedule: A Commitment to Excellence in Construction Management
As a consultant providing construction management services, TWG Program Management supported the $9.5B Private Public Partnership (PPP) construction of this state-of-the-art 23-gate facility that will reimagine the international passenger experience at JFK and span the sites of the former Terminal One, Terminal 2 and the Terminal 3.
Yielding a net increase of more than two million SF over the existing terminals, it will provide 22 new gates to accommodate larger, wide-body aircraft, as well as feature more than 230,000 SF of concession space and 116,000 SF of airline lounges.
The Will Group’s Construction Management services for the JFK Terminal 1 project involve providing construction management support for the delivery of a new terminal to ensure it meets all safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements. This includes coordinating contractors, managing resources, and addressing any issues that arise during construction. Services also encompass ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and maintaining the project’s overall progress toward completion. The goal is to deliver a state-of-the-art terminal that enhances passenger experience while supporting JFK’s long-term growth and capacity needs.
