ComEd Standard Program
The Will Group partnered with Resource Innovations for ComEd’s Standard Program from 2022-2024. RI saw potential with TWG with its commitment to improving lives within the ComEd territory and saw TWG as a viable partner for multiple programs.
ComEd Standard Program
Role: With the Standard Program, TWG was pivotal in scheduling inspections and providing logistics support for the most efficient routes for inspections goals. TWG also was instrumental in overseeing the quality control log for all of Standard. In addition, TWG provided outreach support for closed network service providers, and was a vital resource in many communication both in-person and virtual events with the closed network.
Key Achievements:
- Oversaw the inspections process, including inspection scheduling and logistics
- Maintained the Quality Control log, and communicated with multiple parts of the program
- Facilitated and organized workshops between different programs with the Standard offering
- Managed closed network outreach contacts
- Organized closed network roundtables
- Provided inspections training for new engineers
