ComEd Small Business Program
The Will Group partnered a women-led company, energy efficiency company for ComEd’s
Small Business Program from 2022-2024. The company saw potential with TWG with its
commitment to improving lives within the ComEd territory and saw TWG as a viable partner for
multiple programs.
ComEd Small Business Program
Role: With the Small Business Program, TWG was instrumental in providing interchanging
workshops between multiple programs that worked with ComEd, along with providing valuable scheduling and logistics for multiple service provider events large and small. These events led to
the Small Business program running more efficiently with effective communication with both other ComEd programs, and the Service Providers in the Small Business portfolio.
Key Achievements:
- Assist in facilitating Service Provider Roundtables
- Facilitate and coordinate workshops between other program offerings and Small
Business - Manage marketing materials for Small Business events
- Facilitate SMART goal brainstorming sessions to meet program goals
- Oversee general office management
