The Will Group partnered with a women-led company, energy efficiency company in their HES
(Home Energy Solutions) program with ComEd. The company identified an opportunity to
enhance their customer service and operational efficiency by partnering with The Will Group.

Role: By leveraging TWG’s expertise, the company significantly improved their customer
satisfaction through effective escalation management and seamless coordination. Additionally,
our tailored solutions streamlined their financial tracking processes, resulting in enhanced
reporting and strategic planning capabilities.
Key Achievements:
Tracked customer escalations related to complaints, damages, and reporting to utilities.
Updated documentation for call center metric reporting. Tracked customer satisfaction
surveys, updated reporting documentation, and sent out updates to Project Managers.
Created new portal users in Salesforce, sent out password reset emails, and assisted with
setting up XL Connector for call center representatives. Trained new coordinator on tasks
related to project coordination and escalation management to garner relationships with
our contractors and our call center.
Managed tracker for the cost of materials inventory. Provided support with Marketing
invoice tracking.
