To help bring this project to life, TWG provided the topographic survey, site civil engineering, permitting, and platting services. These services were implemented to map existing site conditions, design safe and functional infrastructure, secure necessary approvals, and define property boundaries. Each step prepared the site for construction and ensured the project could move forward smoothly. TWG collaborated closely with the project architect and other engineering disciplines as part of an integrated design team, ensuring all site and building elements worked seamlessly together.
