Wheaton North High School required a comprehensive upgrade to its athletic facilities to support growing student participation in gym classes, intramural sports, and competitive athletics. As part of a district-wide initiative to enhance athletic infrastructure, Wheaton North received targeted improvements to its athletic fields, including new lighting, sound, and communication systems designed to improve usability, safety, and performance.
What We Delivered:
-Integrated Field Design + Construction: We provided full-service project execution, including site planning, field layout, and installation of lighting and audio infrastructure. Our design accounted for performance, safety, and long-term durability.
-Wireless Sound + Communication Systems: TWG installed a wireless sound and communication system to support game-day operations, practices, and school events. This system ensures clear, reliable communication across the field while reducing the need for extensive cabling or intrusive infrastructure.
-Lighting Design + Safety Optimization: Our team worked closely with district officials and athletic staff to implement high-performance lighting that enhances visibility and minimizes maintenance. Considerations such as soil conditions, pole stability, and regional weather factors were all built into the design for optimal reliability.
